New toy!

We are recently mourning the untimely demise of Com-Pewter, our computer. The motherboard fried, rendering the thing absolutely useless. But, we are a very technical family, and in great need of a computer, so there was no choice but for us to get a new one.

Rather than buying a pre-made comp, Craig decided to build one. And it's a serious upgrade. Here are the specs:

Intel Pentium D CPU 3.20GHz
2046 MB RAM
32 bit OS (Windows Vista)

Let me just tell you, this machine rocks! All of my photos look awesome! Pretty high def, actually, which is great. The colors practically leap out of the screen, and the images are so lifelike you feel you are looking through a window, or that you could just reach out and touch them. AND, it's a very pretty machine:-) Huge shiny black with a clear panel on the side and spiffy blue lights. We named it The Monolith. Here's some photos showing off it's awesomeness and majesty:
